I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional seafood restaurant on premises! The wide variety of dishes was impressive, especially the fresh sushi. The flavors were exquisite, leaving me craving for more. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to public transportation, and a shopping mall. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet offered a great combination of Western and Japanese style foods. the hotel offered useful facilities, such as affordable washing machines, and dryer machines.
Nonetheless, the overall condition of the hotel was a bit shabby, with an old musty smell that lingered throughout the hotel.

The hotel location was very convenient, near lots of interesting shops and restaurants. it was close to the city center. The staff at the hotel was friendly and polite. They always had a smile and were willing to help. The room was spotless and everything was neat, tidy, and clean - a real pleasure.
The hotel room was too small and cramped. It was hard to move around and there was no closet or space to store our clothes.

Great location and delicious breakfast
I recently stayed in a hotel in Niigata for a city break and I must say I was impressed! The hotel’s location was the best thing about my stay, as it was very close to the train station and the city center, which made exploring Niigata so much easier. I also loved the breakfast buffet which had a mix of Japanese and western breakfast foods. It was a delightful and filling start to my day!
The only downside to my stay was a small room. But overall, it was comfortable enough for just one person, so I didn't find it much of an issue.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main shopping area and is only a short walk from the train station. It has excellent facilities such as a coin washer and dryer, and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options including fresh fruit, yogurt and bacon. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable.
